01. About
From mathematics into systems work — shaped by scale.
I started in mathematics, which taught me to think carefully about patterns, logic, and how complex things fit together.
In education, I learned that programs rarely fail because of ideas. They fail because they do not scale. At Edudigm, I worked on school programs, assessments, and multi-school initiatives that had to hold up across real students, teachers, and institutional constraints.
Today, at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, I work closer to governance, workflows, and internal systems, including DPDPA-related work. Across both contexts, the thread has stayed the same: building systems that are usable, measurable, and able to scale.

Problem: Schools need career guidance tools that are credible, understandable, and practical to run.
Execution: Designed a career assessment initiative for students in Classes 9-12 within a broader school program, with a focus on validity, usability, and school implementation.
Outcome: Piloted with around 500 students in one Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Stellar Space Quiz
Problem: Schools lacked engaging academic initiatives that could sustain participation across regions.
Execution: Helped build and scale the quiz through structure, question design, outreach, and execution quality.
Outcome: 600+ schools across 6 states, with finals hosted at Gyan Manch in 2024 and IIT Kharagpur Research Park in 2025.

School Programs and STEM Camps
Problem: School initiatives often lose impact when they are difficult to run or too narrow in design.
Execution: Worked across schools on quizzes, STEM camps, and related academic initiatives. The STEM camps focused on hands-on demonstrations to teach maths and science concepts, while the quizzes used interdisciplinary formats, multimodal hints, and connecting-the-dots style prompts.
Outcome: Supported delivery across schools with budgeting, coordination, documentation, and operational follow-through.
